Pink Calendar ("The Program") License Agreement

READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. DO NOT INSTALL THIS SOFTWARE IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT WITH THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT.

THE PROGRAM IS COPYRIGHTED AND LICENSED (NOT SOLD).

1. You agree that this Program has no warranty.

2. You agree that this software MAY NOT be used for any purpose that would be considered life, health or financially critical or important. For example the program cannot be used to generate reminders to take life-sustaining drugs. As another example the program cannot be used to record financial or tax data.

3. You agree that this software may contain bugs and/or errors.

4. You agree that the author of the Program is not responsible for any events resulting from the use or misuse of the Program or caused by errors in the Program.

5. You agree that the author of the Program's liability is limited to the cost of a single user license of the Program ($10.00 US).

6. You agree that should you purchase a user license that you will not share, re-sell or transfer your license and you agree not to disclose the license code to other persons.
